A great sauce for almost any food! :)

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400g Greek yogurt
  • salt
  • olive oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

We grate the cucumbers through the large grater and the garlic through the small one. Put the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the garlic and cucumber. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to taste. Let the flavors soak in the yogurt and voila overnight in the fridge! : D
