Bake the pie for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.

Method of preparation:
For the countertop I used the same recipe from Tricolor appetizer roll and Appetizer cake with beef salad, with which you will never fail.

Cheese and dill pie
cheese pie is the best known. Whether it is sweet or salty it is just as good. This is a savory pie with lots of fresh dill.
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese, grated Telemea cheese, sour cream and eggs. Season as appropriate depending on how salty the Telemea cheese is, add a tablespoon of semolina and finely chopped fresh dill.
Grease a form / tray 21 & # 21521 cm. The pie sheets are divided in two, the first half of the sheets are placed, each greased with olive oil. Add the cheese filling over the sheets and cover with the rest of the pie sheets.
Carefully portion into squares, then add the egg yolks diluted with milk on top. Place in the oven heated to 170 ° C for approx. one hour.

The first time we prepare the filling: we crush the sweet cheese, I grated the salted cheese because it was drier. Add the yogurt, mix well, add the dill and finally the beaten egg. Stir until smooth.
We take a sheet of pie and grease it with butter. We overlap 3 sheets, we do the same with the other 3 remaining ones. We put them next to each other. Put the filling along one side and spread it lightly. Roll carefully and place them in a spiral, snail, in a pan greased with butter. Pour the yogurt mixed with a beaten egg on top. Bake at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes until nicely browned on top. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
Salted Cheese Pie II
The pie sheets are spread in the tray, half of the provided quantity, one after the other, each of them being greased / sprinkled with oil.
The cow's cheese is mixed with the Telemea cheese, which was previously given on the apple grater and with the eggs provided. Place it on the sheets in the tray and cover it with the rest of the sheets, which we place, one by one, and grease / sprinkle each one with oil.
Put in the oven, bake at the right heat, cut cold and serve with a good beer, as an appetizer or even as "something sweet" after eating.
1) If your tray is smaller, then divide the amount of cheese.
2) If the Telemea cheese is too salty, of course you use less than it is written in the recipe or if it is not so salty then you can add salt to taste.
3) For variation. the cheese can be combined with dill and garlic, in this case half the amount of cheese is used and the pieces of pie are cut very small, exactly as much as once put in the mouth
4). or another combination, cheese (half a serving) onion to taste 2-3 teaspoons of cumin and a little paprika (to taste). and in this case the gates are small, just enough to put in your mouth.
The finely chopped pies are arranged on long trays and left further apart because they look more elegant, several trays are placed on the tables (in case you have a "cold buffet" style party) interspersed with other appetizer trays.
Mini pies with salted cheese
Method of preparation: Salted grated cheese is mixed with egg. Optionally you can add raisins to the composition. The puff pastry is spread a little with the rolling pin and then cut into 2 lengthwise. Grease the dough with egg yolk mixed with water and / or milk. Place the cheese filling on the edge of the cut dough, to be uniform, then roll lightly until you get a roll. Cut the roll into small squares. Place the obtained squares in a tray lined with baking paper, grease each one again with the egg yolk mixed with water / milk. Optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top and put the mini pies in the oven, in the oven heated to 200 °. Bake for about 15-25 minutes depending on each oven.

500 g flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cube yeast, salted cheese, cabbage, oil, salt, pepper
Make a dough from flour, milk, yeast and salt that is left to rise. If the milk is not enough for the dough, add warm water. Until the dough rises, cook the cabbage and season well with salt and pepper.
Spread the dough for a pie, place a tablespoon of sauerkraut in the middle and spread again giving it a round shape. Fry an oil (my grandmother in the country fried them with a little oil on the slab). The same is done for those filled with cheese.
Serve with sour cream in abundance.
