RECIPE PREPARATION Breaded cheese with tomato salad and milk core:

We need 2-3 slices of cheese for one serving. The slices should be about 1 cm thick. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, put a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, pass the cheese slices through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs, again through the egg and again through the breadcrumbs. Dust until stirred on both sides. Serve with slices of tomatoes powdered with salt and fresh pepper, sprinkled with olive oil, decorated with milk core and oregano leaves. Good appetite!!!

Tuna salad with corn

Adina's challenge, alias Mitinita, came exactly for me, at a time when time and the pseudodiet that I respect somewhat, do not allow me to cook things more complicated than that.
This recipe is not nailed down, meaning it is not found in any official recipe, but is made to my own taste and is just an idea, so you can modify it according to your own culinary requirements, introducing or removing certain ingredients, for example. ex mayonnaise, if you want a much lighter salad than this.
And with that I wish you an increase in cooking, savoring and, as the case may be, losing weight.

Drain the corn and rinse under running cold water, throw in a bowl with the drained oil and grind a little with a fork.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into small, small cubes.
Chop the pickles and drain the juice, add to the tuna.
Season the wonders in the bowl with salt and pepper and if you really want to add a little mayonnaise, so don't say you didn't pamper yourself well, well.

Because there was a release at the fish today, we made caviar. This time in another version, with semolina.

In my opinion, after tasting, they come out better with semolina than with bread. Those with bread remained quite salty and had a different consistency, those with semolina do not remain salty and become fluffy. Now it probably also depends on the mixer, I have a slightly different mixer, with high power, which helped me make them fluffier :)

In any case, homemade caviar is very good, it is quite easy and goes great on fasting days when we have fish release.

  • 100 grams of herring, 3-4 tablespoons of semolina (prepared from water and semolina, just like semolina with milk, with a very solid consistency - cooled before use), 1 lemon, 200-300 ml oil, 1 onion .

I put the eggs in the mixer bowl. Because they already had a little oil in them, I first beat them so simple for 4-5 minutes. Then I gradually added a little semolina. In fact, I alternated semolina with lemon oil and juice.

The mixer does the job on its own, so we just have to be patient and put all the ingredients in the bowl gradually, until the eggs are ready.

I finely chopped an onion and added it over the caviar, I homogenized and I served.

I played a little with my shapes, the goldfish was very helpful :) I go served and simple from the bowl, but I like to see the plate happier :)

For those who want a different recipe with donuts for autumn, I recommend the following:

From mustard, oil, vinegar, sugar (to taste), pepper, bay leaves, salt, make a mayonnaise, which is put on the fire in a pot of tuci.

When it starts to boil, add the cauliflower and the donuts, and leave until it softens a little.

Then put in jars, all hot, do not let cool.
Staple and place the jars under the beds to cool gradually.

It's the first time I try an anchovy salad :) I usually eat fried anchovies, but as my boyfriend remembered what anchovy salad he ate when he was younger and he had a craving, I prepared them like this!

It's done super fast and it's really good (that's what I'm saying, I'm not really a fan of fish in general)!

We ate them as follows: we caught the middle anchovy, with one hand we removed its head, tail and intestines and then dipped it in the salad sauce and served.

P.S. Today we celebrate 1 year and 6 months of blogging, but due to the high temperatures over the weekend I didn't do anything special for this occasion, but when it gets cooler, I make up for it :)

Fried cheese

Bread cheese was, I remember from childhood, the hot aperitif not missing from weddings. As lately every couple has tried to bring something new to the menu, I was left with a craving. :)) So I put my hand up and did it myself and, be it between us, I got rid of that rancid smell that I kind of felt in some locations.

N e c e s a r e:

P r e p a r a r e:
The cheese must be from the classic one, even the case that is made in the country. Mozzarella cheeses are not good because they soften too much when fried and flow. I had classic cheese from Lidl, but it didn't turn out to be the best choice as I had a little fork with it. So, I cut the cheese into 0.5-1cm thick slices. My piece weighed 250g from which 12 slices came out.

I put flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in three plates. Estimate the quantities according to how much cheese you want to fry.

I passed each slice of cheese through flour, egg, then breadcrumbs and fried it in hot oil. Do not leave more than 2 minutes on each side.

I took out the sliced ​​cheese pieces on the napkins to absorb the excess oil.

I told you that the chosen cheese gave me headaches, that's why my pieces have such irregular shapes, but they were very good. With vegetables or a garnish they go perfectly!

1. Combine the 50 g of chickpea flour (you get it by giving the chickpeas through the food processor until they are finely chopped) with 100 ml of water, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a cumin powder, garlic powder, salt and yeast. nutritious.
2. Mix the ingredients well until they become a homogeneous paste.

3. Separately, in a non-stick pan, boil the rest of the water. When the water boils, add agar agar, followed by chickpea paste and mix vigorously, until the vegetable cheese begins and hardens.

4. Pour the fasting cheese obtained in a bowl. Press and level well, and spread a food foil on top, which will come into contact with the fasting cheese.

5. Leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours, or until the fasting cheese solidifies.

6. You can eat fasting cheese exactly as you would serve the classic one, in sandwiches, in salads or even with tomatoes and cucumbers.

How to prepare bread curd?

Anything fried involves breadcrumbs (ie dry and ground bread & # 8211) see here how it's done homemade breadcrumbs). If we don't have breadcrumbs, we can't talk about bread. The very word bread comes from bread. So we need bread-egg-breadcrumbs. If the cheese is unsalted then you will need to add salt to the flour.

I passed each slice of curd first through the flour, by hand, because if we prick the curd, the whey in it will flow into the oil. From the flour I moved the slices into the egg, then back into the flour and back into the egg.

Finally I passed the slices through the breadcrumbs and shook them slightly. So we have egg-flour-egg-flour and finally breadcrumbs. I only used the fork to beat the eggs, I worked with my hand.

I placed the slices of breadcrumbs on a tray and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. This short freezing works wonders!
