Strawberry shortcake

First we put the margarine and melt it, then we leave it to cool, not at all, until it is still liquid. Then wash the strawberries and put them on a napkin to absorb water. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt well, add the sugar and mix until you get a strong meringue, then squeeze the juice from a lemon and mix for a few more minutes.

Mix the yolks with melted margarine and water, then add them over the egg whites. Mix well with a wooden spoon, with slow movements.

Add sifted flour and mix. Divide the composition into two bowls and in one of them add sifted cocoa. skewers mix the colors.

Put the tray in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, then take out the tray and place the strawberries, put the tray back in the oven. It's ready when it passes the toothpick test. Remove from the oven, leave to cool, then portion and dust with flour.
