Rub 2 yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar, add cocoa, 5 tablespoons flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 2 beaten egg whites, a pinch of salt and 1 cup of milk.
Pour the composition into a pan greased with margarine and lined with flour and bake on the fire for about 30 minutes.
We do the same for the white countertop (without cocoa).
Cut both countertops in half and leave to cool.
Prepare the cream according to the instructions on the package, and divide it into 4 equal parts.
