Preparation of potatoes and peas

I used new potatoes, with thin skin, and frozen peas. I washed the potatoes well, then cut them into smaller pieces. We put them in hot water with a pinch of salt and boil them. When they are half cooked, add the frozen peas.
After they have boiled, drain them. In a frying pan with high edges, put the butter, oil and grated garlic, let it simmer lightly, for a minute, then add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. When it reaches boiling point, slow it down and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Then we pour in the sauce and the potatoes with the peas. Leave them for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently, so that they do not crush.

Meat preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Meanwhile, season the meat with salt and pepper. Put the butter and olive oil in a large pan. When the butter is melted and the pan is hot, put 2 chops and brown for 2 minutes on each side, then put them on a plate. Put an empty pan in the oven to heat. Fry the other 2 chops in the same way. Meanwhile, mix the ketchup, soy sauce, honey and grated garlic. Remove the hot pan, place the chops and grease them with the ketchup sauce. Bake for 7-8 minutes on each side, be careful we keep an eye on them, they can burn quickly.
Serve everything immediately, with a cucumber salad next to it. Enjoy!
