I didn't know what to do today and walking through the supermarket shelves I saw the boxes from Dr. Oetker and I remembered that I would have wanted to test the book mussel recipe for a long time.

I took the box and when I read on it only the envelopes, powders, etc ... I said pass, I can make my own recipe :))

We need a dense, easy-to-scoop countertop, bananas, chocolate, and a fluffy cream to complete everything. It's the first time I make this recipe but at the second "execution" I will make changes.

First of all, I would choose extremely ripe bananas, they would cut very easily, and I would put two envelopes of hardener, not one. If you like gelatin, it's perfect, that's what you should put, this time I wanted to avoid it :).

Wheat. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with oil and water.

Mix the egg whites with the salt powder. Add the sugar and mix until completely diluted.

Sift the flour together with the cocoa and baking powder and add it over the egg whites. Add the yolks and mix gently.

Grease a cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm with oil, line the bottom with flour and pour the composition for the countertop.

Put the form in the preheated oven and bake the top for 35-40 min. on low heat.

Meanwhile, mix the whipped cream with the cream, powdered sugar, vanilla bean core and start mixing on low speed. After 3 minutes, add the cream hardener sachets and increase the mixing speed. You stop when you have obtained a whipped cream with a firm consistency, incorporate the chopped chocolate and let the bowl cool.

Remove the countertop from the oven and let it cool. In the meantime ... wash the dishes :-)))

When the countertop is cold, dig it out, obtaining a recess in the countertop in which you will place the bananas either whole or sliced.

Put the cream over the bananas.

Place the core of the countertop that you have hollowed over the cream, crushing it.

Press lightly with your hand to make good friends with the cream, cocoa powder and then let it cool for a few hours.

How to assemble this dessert with cream and bananas

After the countertop has cooled, remove it with a spoon, without touching the bottom and edges. Then we put in a layer of bananas cut in half. Over the bananas we put the cream and pudding mixture, and over this mixture, we put the cream and grated chocolate. If you choose not to use pudding, put the whole amount of cream directly in which you add more grated chocolate.

Crush the top removed earlier with a spoon and sprinkle a thick layer over the cream. Let it cool a bit and then we can serve it. Good appetite!

A very tasty dessert, which is made in a few simple steps. We assure you, the family will be pleasantly impressed by this cake.

INGREDIENT:

For the dough:

-150 gr of fermented cream or Greek yogurt

-180 gr of mascarpone or cream cheese

-50 gr of condensed milk

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1.Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder.

2. Beat the yolks with the mixer, then pour the boiling water into a thin wire and continue to mix with the mixer.

3. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to mix, until you get a fluffy and light composition.

4. Beat the egg whites with salt until they become frothy.

5. Transfer the egg white foam to the egg yolk bowl, sift some of the dry ingredients on top and mix thoroughly, then sift the second batch and mix until smooth.

6. Line the base of the form (18 cm) with baking paper, spread the dough, pass it through a wooden skewer in a spiral, hit the table a few times and put it in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

7. Remove the countertop from the mold and hollow out the core.

8. Grind the core with the blender.

9. Mix the yogurt with the powdered sugar, using the mixer.

10. Add the cream cheese and condensed milk, then mix with the mixer.

11. Line the edges of the tray with strips of baking paper, add the sponge cake basket and cover the base with 2 tablespoons of cream.

12. Add the bananas and cover with cream.

13. At the end, sprinkle the cake with crumbs and press lightly with your hands.

14. Remove the strips, cover the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.

The "Mole Mushroom" cake is not hard to make. It is a wonderful and very tasty combination of countertop with cocoa, fine cream and fresh bananas.

Place the top in a tray and place the peaches on the crushed edge earlier. After we have placed the peaches well, we pour the cream and on top we press the crumbs on the countertop, giving the sensation of moss.
