We wash the thighs and boil them in a pot with approx. 4 liters of water. When the foam has formed on the surface, we remove it.
We wash all the vegetables and clean them.
Cut the onion into slices, the carrot into rounds, the pepper into sticks, the zucchini into cubes.
Add them to the meat over the pot and let them boil.
When the meat and vegetables are almost cooked, add the noodles, salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
After the soup is ready, turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
