- garam masala

RECIPE PREPARATION Hearts and pipettes with red pepper jam:
Pipettes and hearts are washed, cleaned, cut into pieces and boiled.
Meanwhile, prepare the pepper jam. The pepper is cleaned and washed, chopped or ground. Boil with water and sugar until reduced.
After the pipettes are cooked, heat them a little in hot oil and season with salt, pepper and garnish the masala.
