  • 150 g smoked bacon

  • 3 eggs

  • Grease the chicken with 35 ml oil with a brush, on the inside and outside.

  • Leave the preparation in the oven for 1.5 hours.
  • Once every 10 minutes, open the oven door and grease the chicken with the mixture from the pan, using a spoon.

100 ml of olive oil

Place everything on a flat baking tray and put in the oven for about an hour, at a temperature of 200 degrees, turning the tray after half an hour.

Leave until the chicken is well penetrated and browned, and the vegetables soften.

When ready to serve, transfer everything to a plate.

Pour the balsamic vinegar into the tray in which the steak was made and use a fork to mix well with the sauce left in the tray and peel off any browned pieces stuck to the tray.

Pour the vinegar and sauce mixture from the pan over the steak and vegetables, then serve.


Chicken legs with tomatoes and baked potatoes

Prepare in the blender a mixture of oregano, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.

Place the grilled chicken legs in a baking dish,

chopped boiled potatoes,

over which the oregano sauce is added.

Rearrange all the ingredients to distribute evenly, then add a few oregano leaves and olive oil.

Place the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees.

Baked chicken with potatoes and greens - Recipes



Because we had some delicious cups for dinner, we have to serve them with a garnish to suit them.

I prepared some baked potatoes with lots of greens (I love Provence greens).

They are made so easy that it is worth garnishing with them any steak you want!

  • 1 kg potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons Provence greens, salt, white pepper, 100 ml water.

I cleaned the potatoes, washed them and cut them lengthwise into thicker pieces.

I greased a tray with olive oil, placed the potatoes, then added water, salt, pepper and greens.

I put the tray in the oven at the right heat!

When the potatoes became soft I turned off the heat.

I served it as a garnish next to the cups.

CHICKEN MEAT WITH OVEN POTATOES

Serve on a plate the meat released from the foil together with the potatoes, sprinkle with your favorite greens. Good appetite!
