4 cups of hard black coffee

3 cups crushed ice

Add the coffee to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

In the hot milk add the sugar and vanilla and mix well until all the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate the composition until it cools completely.

Mix ice, coffee and milk with sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Then divide the obtained composition into glasses and add cream on top.

You can serve the coffee obtained with chocolate topping, caramel or with any other topping you want.

My favorite recipe for cold coffee for the summer is Espresso tonic. It's super easy to prepare, and the coffee and tonic mix works very well.

How come

Use a transparent 250 ml cup, in which you put 2-3 ice cubes, over which you pour 180 ml of tonic water, and over all a double espresso of approx. 40-50 ml.

If you do not have an espresso machine at home, you can use other similar cooking methods as well Moka pot, Cafflano Compresso, or Kettle (filter the coffee through a very fine sieve).


Bonus: Dalgona Coffee

Probably the most publicized and popular cold coffee recipe on the internet during this period is Dalgona coffee.

Dalgona coffee gets its name from a very popular type of South Korean dessert & # 8211 dalgona & # 8211 a kind of caramel, unrelated to the ingredients used.

The recipe for this coffee is very simple and involves the use of ingredients that are easily found in most homes.

To create the cream layer specific to this coffee you need instant coffee, sugar and water.

If you use volumetric measures you need 1 tablespoon of instant coffee (about 3g), 1 tablespoon of brown or white sugar (approx. 10-11g), 1 tablespoon of hot water (approx. 10g).

Specifically 3g instant coffee, 9g sugar and 9g water.

If you use a scale the ideal ratio is 1: 3: 3 (1g coffee, 3g sugar, 3g water).

Mix everything with a whisk or the mixer preferably until it changes its consistency into a creamy one.

Then in a clear glass put 2-3 ice cubes, 2/3 milk from the glass over which you put dalgona coffee cream. And that's it.

But be careful, such a coffee is very sweet and contains quite a lot of caffeine. It is not recommended to drink it daily.

INGREDIENT:

150 ml of hard coffee

I start by making a syrup. I boil the water with the sugar until the liquid decreases and it thickens, like bee honey more liquid. I take it off the fire and let it wait.

I then prepared the coffee and poured the sugar syrup to sweeten the coffee and let it cool at first to room temperature, then in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

When the coffee cooled I put ice cubes in it.

I also put 4 cubes of iced coffee, then I poured the cooled coffee. Optionally, if you like coffee with milk you can pour cold milk to taste.

So simple and so good!

There is also the method of brewing coffee for 8-12 hours, using a coarsely ground coffee. Well, this recipe didn't convince me. It didn't seem strong and tasty enough, but if you really want to try you can let the coffee infuse overnight, then strain it the next day, put ice cubes and have iced coffee

I drank it immediately and I had a perfect treat on this heat.


Quickly hit the house

Nothing is more suitable on a hot summer morning than an invigorating and refreshing frappé. And you don't have to go to the cafe to get your hands on it, because we teach you to make it in your own kitchen, extremely easy!
