- 600 g of liver
- 2 onions
- 2 peppers
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cubes Knorr sour cream and parsley
- pepper, buoy
- 125 gr rice
- 1 box of peas
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Liver with rice and peas:
Cook the onion, add the peppers, then the liver. Add a little water, and when the livers are done add the tomato paste and spices.
Boil the rice, drain, mix with the peas (mine was ready to boil) and add salt. I had whole bag of rice from Uncle Bens.
Anyone can mix the liver with the rice. I did this after serving a portion.
