The time had to be shorter if I didn't stubbornly buy potatoes from those small ones, but that's what I wanted, that's how I did it .... First we cleaned the potatoes, then all the vegetables, we washed and we cut them. Finely chopped onion leaves, finely chopped yellow onions, carrots, parsnips and peppers cut into small cubes. Put a pot on the fire, let it heat up, add the oil then put the vegetables, add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
After that we add about 3 l of water and let it boil, when it started to boil we add the potatoes, we add salt, we add 1/2 l of water and let it boil until the potatoes penetrate. When the potatoes have boiled, remove the pot from the heat, add the lemon salt, while we want to make the soup sour, then the chopped dill and finally beat the egg. It is served both hot and cold, I prefer it cold.
