  • 1 kg tomatoes (different varieties);
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tablespoon oil;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture;
  • 1 tablespoon broth;
  • Himalayan pink salt;
  • pepper;
  • 600 ml water.

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tomato cream soup:

Finely chop the onion, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, as well as the potatoes.

Bring water to a boil with a spoonful of the Transylvanian vegetable mixture.

Cook the onion in a tablespoon of oil and two of water, leave for a few minutes, then add the potatoes.

After 2 minutes, add the tomatoes, broth and water in which the vegetable mixture was boiled.

Let it boil for 20-25 minutes, add salt and pepper, then pass everything.

Put it back on the fire, adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then let it boil and stop.

Serve with croutons or toast.
