How about a fresh and delicious dessert? With the arrival of summer, I liked to cook fruity, fragrant desserts and, if possible, without baking. This is exactly how this strawberry tiramisu is.
It is an exceptional recipe from my point of view. I know that many people have problems using the egg in tiramisu and replace it with whipped cream, yogurt, etc. I also made tiramisu with mascarpone and sour cream and it was delicious, but the egg cream is much finer and better.
Because they are not a raw egg fan, I cooked them on the fire before incorporating them into the cream.
Everything is very simple and does not last long at all.
Ingredients and preparation for tiramisu with strawberries & # 8211 dessert without baking:
- 1 large packet of biscuits & # 8211 I used from those with less sugar
- 250 g of strawberries
For strawberry syrup:
- 300 gr of strawberries
- 120 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
For the cream:
- 500 gr of mascarpone
- 200 gr of whipped cream
- 4 husband eggs
- 140 g of raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Decor & # 8211 optional:
I started with the syrup. I washed and peeled the strawberries, then cut them in half. I put them in a saucepan with lemon juice, water and sugar. I left them on medium heat for about 12 minutes. At the end I blended them and left them to cool.
For the cream I separated the yolks from the whites. I put the egg whites together with 70 gr of sugar in a bowl and I cooked them in the steam bath for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. I then mixed the egg whites until they became a firm foam.
I did the same with the yolks. I put them in a bowl with 70 grams of sugar and I cooked them for 10 minutes on a steam bath, stirring constantly. At the end I mixed them until they became pale and creamy.
I mixed the mascarpone and sour cream for the whipped cream and vanilla, then I added the yolks. In the end, I incorporated the abuses carefully, so as not to get the air out of them.
I made two cakes. I used a cake tray of 32 & # 21512 cm and an embarrassing tray of 28 & # 21520 cm.
I put a thin layer of cream at the base of the bowl, then soaked a biscuit in strawberry syrup and placed it in the pan. I put a layer of cream and a layer of strawberry slices. I soaked a biscuit in syrup again and placed them over the strawberry slices. Top with cream.
Tiramisu from the embarrassment vessel remained like this, without special ornaments. I put a few slices of strawberry on top, wrapped it and it went in the fridge until the next day.
Tiramisu from the cake tray was garnished with whipped cream along with condensed milk after being removed from the form, ie the next day. Above a few strawberries and strawberry popcorn.

Preparation: the cream is a delight and you can see how quickly you prepare it: add the white chocolate in a bag, squeeze it well and melt the chocolate. In a saucepan with hot water & # 8220walk & # 8221 bag through the water, thus melting the chocolate. In a bowl, beat the mascarpone with the sugar, vanilla and grated coconut. Cut the bag at one end and pour the melted chocolate. Mix well. If you find the cream a little sticky, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
To syrup the biscuits I used natural unsweetened cherry juice, but pineapple juice also works.

The dessert rice is prepared according to the instructions on the package and then left to cool. The biscuits are placed in a rectangular shape (with a volume of about 1.5 l) and soaked in orange liqueur or orange juice.
