Semolina dumplings with yogurt

Put the yogurt in a saucepan to simmer. Add 4 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, salt and beaten eggs and mix well. When the yogurt starts to boil slightly, pour a little semolina and mix with the whisk, so as not to form lumps. When the semolina starts to thicken, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for about 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and let it brown a little. From the semolina composition, take a dumpling with a spoon and put them in breadcrumbs. We turn them slightly on all sides to cover them with breadcrumbs.

Serve warm (possibly heat them in the oven for another 5 minutes). You can serve it with jam, as I did :) It is delicious and only good if you have children!

Papanasi with yogurt quick recipe. Fragile and fluffy poppies that do not spread. A simple and quick recipe for scalded papanasi, which never fails. They do not boil in water or fry in oil, their preparation being much faster. In fact, they are some dumplings with yogurt and semolina & # 8211 dumplings, as we call them in Transylvania and Banat.

We really like these papanasi with yogurt because I'm ready in 10 minutes. When I was pregnant I didn't have many cravings, but papanas with yogurt were the order of the day. And the junior likes it and asks me to do it quite often.

If you are looking for the fluffiest fried papanas then their recipe is this.

From the ingredients below you get approx. 12 papanasi with yogurt (about 3-4 servings). You will see below that there are 2 cooking methods: in the pot and in the oven (in the pan).

I beat the egg whites separately with a little salt until they become consistent, I add the yolks and semolina in the rain and mix very lightly. I take them with a large wooden spoon of water and put them in the soup. If I put them in the soup directly I sprinkle them with cold water on top when they boil. In both variants I come out very fluffy.

Ioana, I just finished the soup. Goodness came out. I think you make them bigger dumplings, like a full pan came out for me: 43 pieces. As a size, they are a little bigger than the depth of a big spoon. I put about 9 spoons of semolina as the first one spread, but they are very tasty. It's the first time I make them with whole eggs. , that I was thinking of doing it. You realize how much I was giving to all the neighbors. Keep it the same Ioana, you are the best! PS. Congratulations on the recipes and thanks for your help.
Regarding dumplings, please tell me what brand of semolina you use? I often made soup, which is very tasty and in the past I also got fluffy dumplings, but now you seem to say that I don't know their recipe anymore. They do not want peace to grow. I usually take the first bag that says semolina and I didn't fail. I don't know if I take the same brand (subconsciously I may choose the same bag), but next time I'll be more careful to tell you. I empty the bag in the box with the lid and I don't have one now to see who it's made of.

Super recipe. I admit that only today, a few hours ago I discovered the site. As I had received a chicken from the country, I decided to make dumpling soup, which I had not eaten for a long time, but as they never came out, I decided to look for a recipe and so I came across this site.

A ieșit delicioasă . nainte foloseam alt mod de preparare pentru găluștele de griș (fără ulei și albușele trebuiau bătute spumă și mereu le ratam dar acum este pentru prima dată c nd mi-au ieșit găluștele perfect .

Ioana draga,acum am terminat ciorba de tarhon cu galuste,(reteta saseasca din zona sibiului sau "zama de bercan")si sunt fericita ca am facut galuste,dupa reteta ta,CA LA MAMA ACASA. Sunt "batrana "in ale bucatariei dar galustele m-au necajit ,pana astazi! Iti doresc un An Nou cu sanatate si multe "retete bune"!

Este bine ca grisul sa aiba granulatie mai mare. Eu bat ouale cu furculita, nu pun ulei, apoi tot cu furculita le pun in supa. Dau supa in clocot, apoi reduc focul pentru ca sa nu mai clocoteasca. Furculita o inmoi in supa fierbinte dupa fiecare galusca. Daca in compozitie am scapat prea mult gris, opresc supa din fiert punand in ea putina apa foarte rece sau supa foarte rece, oala fiind luata de pe foc apoi o pun din nou la fiert. Repet operatiunea pana cand galustele sunt pufoase.
Daca vrei galuste tari, adauga o lingura de apa cand bati ouale. Mie-mi plac galustele tari, dar pentru familie le fac pufoase.

Imi place supa de galuste, insa n-am facut niciodata de frica sa nu imi iasa galustile tari. Azi mi-am luat inima in dinti si am facut galuste dupa reteta ta si au iesit excelente.

Bunica mea facea galustele batand albusul spuma cu putina sare. Apoi adauga galbenusul, amestecand usor si la final, in ploaie, grisul. Nu am stiut niciodata cantitatile, deoarece bunica, probabil ca toate bunicile noastre, "simteau" la mana, la aspect acest detaliu. Asa incercam sa le fac si eu. Pana cand am gasit la tine pe site reteta. Si pentru ca ritmul zilelor noastre ne obliga sa "scurtam" ceea ce se poate, le fac mult mai rapid asa. Cu rezultate foarte bune de fiecare data. Cred ca am facut de vreo 10 ori pana acum. Foarte mult ne plac. Multumim din nou, Ioana!

Bucataria (ca si casnicia ) , trebuie sa iti placa , poti face arta din ea , in ipoteza ca vei folosi pe langa ingrediente : mintea, inspiratia , efortul fizic , sufletul .
Daca esti incepatoare cauta sa respecti reteta , daca esti experimentata o intelegi si iti permiti a ajusta . Cand citesti "dupa ochi " . te intreaba inainte : oua ochiuri ? dupa ochii cui ? . into the

Multumesc de sfaturi, extraordinar de bine ai reusit sa explici reteta pentru galuste am mai incercat si de fiecare data am dat o in bara pana am gasit reteta ta au iesit perfecte apoi iar am pierdut reteta si am facut dupa alta-un fiasco, astazi am cautat pana am gasit-o, galusetele fierb acum, insa deja imi dau seama ca vor fi dementiale Multumesc inca o data, doamna/domnule

Draga Ioana, retetele tale au fost tot timpul un succes inclusiv aceste galuste, dar cum am schimbat tara nu am mai avut la indemana gris ca cel de acasa. O cumnata m-a invatat sa folosesc cantarul pentru galuste pufoase. Cantaresc ouale (fara coaja, sparte in bol), pun sare, piper si gris exact aceeasi cantitate ca si ouale. Las cateva minute sa se odihneasca si apoi le fierb in apa cu sare. Totdeauna au iesit pufoase indiferent de tipul de gris folosit.

Alina, da cam asta e proportia in general. un ou fara coaja are cam 50 gr asa ca se pot adauga cam 50 gr gris la fiecare.
doar ca la ultimul meu gris care pare integral (desi nu scrie asta pe el), a fost nevoie de mult mai putin gris (70 gr la 100 gr ou), asa ca indiciile vizuale cu darele mi-au salvat galustele, asa mi-am dat seama imediat ca ceva e diferit de grisul meu obisnuit.

Galuste de gris cu pesmet

Cum suntem in post mai avem uneori pofta si de ceva dulce, Bunica mea, Dumnezeu sa o ierte ne pregatea des acest desert de post. Am ales sa o gatesc cu Green Sugar– dulce natural, dar se poate folosi si zaharul.

Va invitam sa rasfoiti si alte retete in care am folosit Green sugar – Retete cu Green sugar , dar si alte Retete cu Prajituri de Post .

Ingrediente Galuste de gris cu pesmet :

500 ml of water
6 linguri gris
3 linguri Green Sugar –dulce natural(sau zahar)
dulceata de soc (sau alte dulceturi cu green sugar)
pesmet
salt
oil

Preparare Galuste de gris cu pesmet :
Punem apa cu indulcitorul si un praf de sare la fiert, iar cand fierbe adaugam grisul in ploaie amestecand mereu. Lasam sa fiarba pana se ingroase. Pesmetul il prajim intr-o tigaie pe putin ulei, adaugam putina sare si cu o lingura umezita in apa rupem din grisul fiert galuste pe care le vom tavali in pesmetul prajit.
Se poate servi ca atare sau dulceata de soc, dulceata de porumbele sau gem de macese, in fuctie de preferintele fiecaruia.
Pofta Buna si sa aveti Post usor!
PS :In locul indulcitorului puteti folosi zahar, iar la compozitie se mai poate adauga putina vanilie.


For the semolina pudding with burnt sugar, first prepare the semolina with milk as follows: Boil the milk with 6 tablespoons of sugar and grated lemon peel. After it boils, add the semolina in the rain, stirring constantly until it thickens. Set aside, cool.

Separate the eggs, mix the yolks with a wooden spoon, and beat the egg whites.

When the semolina cools down, add the butter and mix well. Then the yolks and the last time the beaten egg whites. Homogenize.

In a small saucepan put 4 tablespoons of sugar to melt and put the saucepan in it.

Allow to cool, then pour the semolina pudding and put it in the oven until it turns brown (until browned).


Cum pregatesti galuste de gris pufoase pentru supa

Nu iti ies de nicio culoare galustele de gris pe care le adaugi in supa, oricat de mult te-ai chinui? Din 3 ingrediente si cu o reteta transmisa de 3 generatii, iata cum trebuie sa procedezi ca sa obtii cele mai pufoase galuste.

Pregateste supa de pui sau de vita dupa reteta ta sau incearca reteta de supa cu galuste de pe site. Dupa ce strecori carnea si legumele, pregateste galustele urmand instructiunile si respectand cu sfintenie cantitatile de mai jos.

La fix, am mazare si nu stiam ce sa mai gatesc cu ea. Dar cu ce as putea inlocui galustele ca sa fie de post? Sau cu ce as putea inlocui oul din galuste. Fidea parca nu ma tenteaza.

pentru ca nu se "caramelizeaza" (cand ii sotezi pe cei mai vechi care nu sunt asa aposi dau un gust bun supei + culoare). am facut cu morcovi foarte tineri si supa mi-a iesit apa chioara, nu avea niciun gust.

Draga Ioana, am urmat multe din retetele tale si sunt foarte gustoase. O singura problema am. niciodata nu imi ies galustele. Am la indemana numai Semolina (in UK nu gasesc Grisul de acasa dar am inteles c-ar merge si asta). Ai putea s aimi dai un sfat cum sa le fac cu Semolina. E acelasi gramaj, reteta? Niciodata nu mi se fac pufoase. ca la mama sau ca cele din retetele tale. Dar inca perseverez. :D Multumesc pentru retete!

gasesti semolina de genul "coarse" sau "medium"? atunci ai putea folosi reteta de aici.
eu cu gris fin nu am reusit sa fac galuste bune. adevarul e ca nici nu m-am straduit sa-i dau de cap fiindca aici se gaseste usor gris mare.

N-am facut niciodata galuste din gris , mi-a fost frica sa nu-mi reuseasca , dar aceasta reteta m-a convins, multumim !

Am 14 si sunt un adept al ciorbelor/supelor. Si,sincer sa fiu,cred ca mai mult ca sigur,pentru prima data,nu am avut nevoie de ajutorul mamei mele. Ea s-a implicat,dar desigur,nu am lasat-o. Aceasta supa mi-a iesit foarte,foarte bine ! ? Thank you!

Am avut. S-au transformat in supa si mancare de mazare cu cartofi. Si cuscus cu mazare. Si inca nu am facut toate retetele cu mazare, asa ca mai trebuie sa cumpar mazare. Am luat direct de la o ferma si s-a simtit diferenta. Puteai sa o mananci si cruda.

ce fain! ti-e mai mare dragul sa gatesti astfel de legume.
supa asta e vedeta sezonului de mazare. pastele cu iaurt si mazare, ti le recomand in mod special.

nu mai am rabdare! acum am venit din piata, nici urma de mazare.

numai peste o saptamana apare mazarea la Cluj. a fost mai frig si ploios decat in alti ani.


De ce este bine să consumăm usturoi

Usturoiul este unul dintre cele mai populare condimente, dar este și un antibiotic puternic și un reglator al colesterol. Este o plantă originară din Asia Centrală, fiind una dintre primele culturi domesticite de om, de mai bine de 5.000 de ani.

Timp de secole usturoiul este folosit ca și condiment, dar în cățeii de usturoi se găsesc valoroase substanţe active: allia (care se transformă în alicilină când bulbii sunt zdrobiţi), uleiuri esenţiale, componente sulfuroase, germanium, seleniu, potasiu, magneziu, fosfor, vitamina A, vitamina B şi vitamina C.

Usturoiul este un bun remediu în cazul răcelilor, gripelor, durerilor în gât. Stimulează sistemul imunitar al organismului, datorită componentele sale sulfuroase şi uleiurilor esentiale și este un bun antiseptic, antimicrobian şi antibacterian atât pentru un intern cât şi pentru cel extern.

Usturoiul este folosit în mod tradițional pentru combaterea infecțiilor respiratorii. Compușii aromatici din usturoi dilată vasele de sânge, relaxează circulația.

Sucul de usturoi proaspăt inhibă dezvoltarea fungiilor, fiind utilizat ca tratament tipic pentru infecțiile cutanate și fungice ale pielii.

Multe studii recente au arătat că usturoiul are capacitatea de a îmbunătăți funcția ficatului, esențială în reglarea colesterolului și a trigliceridelor, în organism. Totodată, usturoiul are un efect pozitiv asupra încetinirii și uneori chiar regresiei aterosclerozei.


Galuste cu gris si iaurt

Punem apa si iaurtul la foc mediu, cand dau in clocot adaugam zaharul vanilat si grisul in ploaie.

Amestecam continuu timp de 4-5 minute, pana ce grisul se ingroasa.

Stingem focul, adaugam oul si continuam sa amestecam ca totul se se omogenizeze. Lasam la racit pentru aprox. Ten minutes.

Topim untul intr-o tigaie, punem pesmetul, zaharul si amestecam 3-4 minute pana ce pesmetul se rumeneste.

Cu mainile ude luam din compozitia de gris si formam galustele sub forma unor sfere.

Din cantitatile date ies 12 bucati potrivite ca marime.

Tavalim galustele prin amestecul de pesmet din tigaie si avem grija sa fie acoperite de acesta pe toate partile.

Facem un sos din smantana, zaharul pudra si esenta de vanilie.

Servim galustele caldute in farfurii adanci sau in cupe, cu sosul de smantana si dulceata de cirese deasupra.
