  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • grated lemon peel
  • 175 g cheese type fagaras
  • 2 lg full vanilla powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cherries without seeds

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with cherries and cheese:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

In a bowl, mix the eggs well with the salt powder, sugar and vanilla sugar, until you get a whitish cream. Pour the oil and milk alternately, stirring constantly. Mix the flour with the baking powder and pour over the eggs, stirring until smooth. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper.

The cheese is mixed with vanilla powdered sugar and cherries. Take with a teaspoon of this composition and place it from place to place over the countertop in the tray. At the end, place a few cherries for an extra color and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until they brown nicely on top and pass the toothpick test.

Allow to cool, then portion and serve.

Preparation Cake with cheese and cherry pudding:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. We beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt, at the maximum speed of the mixer. When the foam has hardened well, add the powdered sugar and mix until the foam becomes dense and shiny. Separately rub the yolks with the oil and vanilla essence, until we obtain a stable emulsion. We pour this emulsion over the egg whites. We turn the mixer to the lowest speed and we easily homogenize the composition.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder over the egg composition. Put the mixer aside and mix everything with a spatula, lightly, with movements from bottom to top.

We pour the composition in a tray (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper and put the tray in the oven over medium heat (150 degrees, electric oven with ventilation), for about half an hour, until the top becomes firm to the touch. It can be tested with a toothpick.

Remove the top on a grill, with the bottom up, remove the baking paper and leave to cool.

Cheese cream:

The cow's cheese, sugar and essences are mixed with the vertical blender, until we obtain a fine cream. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.

We put the cooled countertop in the tray in which we baked it, lined with food foil. Spread the cream on top in an even layer and refrigerate until the icing is ready.

Boil in a saucepan some of the cherry compote juice, about 300 ml. In a bowl, mix the starch with the sugar and dissolve with the remaining juice. Mix well so that no lumps form. When the juice from the pan reaches the boiling point, pour the mixture with starch and mix well with a whisk. Keep on the fire for a few minutes, until the pudding thickens. Set aside and leave to cool.

The cooled pudding (enough to reach room temperature) is poured over the cream cheese. Let the tray cool again until the icing hardens enough and the cake with cheese and cherry pudding can be portioned.

Ingredients needed for the countertop:
• 150 g mac
• 100 g coconut flakes
• 100 g of sugar
• 100 g ground walnuts or ground hazelnuts
• 8 egg whites
• 4 yolks

Ingredients needed for the cream (I used a 200 ml cup):
• 4 yolks
• 2 cups milk
• 1 sachet of vanilla pudding
• Half a cup of sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons liqueur (or compote juice) of cherries or cherries
• 250 g butter

Other necessary ingredients:
• 450 g of frozen cherries
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Ingredients needed for the glaze:
• 100 g white chocolate
• A little oil

Method of preparation:
For the top, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar. When the foam is hard and shiny, we incorporate the yolks one by one, mixing continuously. At the end, with a spatula, carefully incorporate the poppy seeds, the coconut and the walnut.

Divide the composition into two equal parts and bake 2 countertops in wallpapered trays, in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius, for 20-25 minutes.
Let the countertops cool completely.

For the cream, mix the sugar with the yolks and the pudding powder. Stirring continuously, we pour half the amount of milk.
Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the above composition and boil until it thickens.

Let the pudding cool.
Separately, mix the butter foam and then add the pudding, spoon by spoon, mixing continuously. At the end, add the lemon juice and liqueur.
Put the cherries in a pot, add the sugar and put on the fire. When the sugar has completely melted, add the lemon juice and starch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.

Mix well, let it boil and then let it cool.
Over the first countertop we spread the cherry composition, over which we spread the cream.
Place the second top over the cream and pour the chocolate icing over it. For the icing, melt the chocolate on a steam bath, along with a little oil.

I must mention one very important thing: depending on the temperature and humidity, the amount of flour can be different. You may need to add another 20-30g, but no more!

Orient yourself to the consistency of the cake, which should be slightly flowing, but not very soft.

Be careful not to put too much flour, because the cake changes its consistency and you will not like it.

INGREDIENT:

200 ml coconut vegetable milk or coconut rice

1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence

100 g cherries (without seeds)

1 tablespoon flour for cherry wallpaper

To prepare the fasting cake with coconut and cherries, I put the pitted cherries a few hours before to drain.

From the moment I started to prepare the dough I needed 5 minutes to put it in the oven, so be sure to preheat the oven to 180 ° C (my oven has permanent ventilation).

I mixed the solid ingredients in one bowl, and the liquid ones (oil, coconut rice milk, vinegar and natural vanilla essence) in another bowl.

I poured the liquids over the solids and mixed. You don't need a mixer. With a spoon or spatula, mix in a maximum of 1 minute.

I poured the dough into the tray with baking paper, then I arranged the cherries that I had previously passed through the flour (only the part that reaches the cake).

I baked the cake for about 25 minutes, but the baking time depends on the power of your oven (between 20 and 30 minutes). Try the toothpick!

When the fasting cake with coconut and cherries passed the toothpick test, I took it out of the oven and left it on a grill to cool.

Being a new experience I didn't have much patience to wait for it to cool completely, so I sliced ​​half of the cake.

It was slightly crumbly, but the cooled half was cut perfectly.

The idea is to cut the cake among the cherries, not directly on them, only after it has cooled completely, with a sharp knife and it will not crumble at all!

Cherry and Cheesecake - Recipes

For starters we start the countertop, put all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix and ready the composition. It should be a little thicker than pancakes.

Put the milk on the fire and when it has warmed up very well, add the yolk composition with the rest of the ingredients mixed in a separate bowl, and then add them to the milk.

Mix well in the cream so as not to stick to the bottom of the pan. And then we start "assembling" the cake.

The top, the layer of cream, the apples, and at the end the cream, on top you can sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa for decoration. Very tasty I recommend you try.


Cheesecake with cherries

A cake and cherry cake recipe from: eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, cottage cheese, cherries, water, rum essence and vanilla pudding.

  • 100 ml rum free

Method of preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar, then the yolks. Put the baking powder quenched with vinegar and gradually add the flour. Mix lightly and pour the composition into a form that you put in the oven.

Prepare the cream 1: Mix the butter well with the sugar and the shell and put the resulting cream over the ready-made biscuit.

Prepare cream 2: Boil the cherries with 100 ml of water, sugar and rum for 5 minutes. Mix 100 ml of water with the pudding and put the mixture over the cherries. Boil until a pudding-like cream results. Leave the cream to cool, but not completely, to be lukewarm and put it over the first cream. Then put in the fridge.
