Turkey soup

Kids love this soup, it's really tasty (and has a lot of vegetables);)

  • 350 grams of turkey breast
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 patrunjei
  • 1 parsnip
  • A quarter celery
  • A small red pepper
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • A garlic puppy

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot, heat the grated vegetables for about a minute. Add salt and pepper. Then add 4 liters of water. Cut the meat into cubes and add it to the pot. Let it boil for about 30-40 minutes on medium heat.

When the meat and vegetables are cooked, add the sour cream mixed with flour and 2 tablespoons of soup. Add the grated garlic and simmer for about 10 minutes. At the end we add the chopped leaves. If we want we can add a tablespoon of juice from hot peppers.
