Fruit tarts

It's the first time I make pies ... please be lenient with me

  • for the tart counter (I made two small tarts):
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 pounds of flour
  • baking powder quenched with lemon juice
  • Fruit for tarts:
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 canned pineapple compote
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 500ml milk
  • 1 sachet of jelly cake

RECIPE PREPARATION Fruit tarts:

The first time I made the tops for the two tarts:

I separated the eggs. Beat the egg whites well with the sugar until the sugar melts. Add the yolks one by one and incorporate ... then add the sifted flour in the rain and the baking powder quenched with lemon juice.

I greased the tart form well with oil and covered it with flour. I put the composition for the countertop in the tray and put the tray in the oven at the right heat.

When the tarts cooled I started "assembling" the tarts.

I syruped the tarts well with the juice from the compote ... I placed a layer of fruit and I put a layer of pudding over the fruit. Over the pudding I placed the rest of the remaining fruit and on top I put jelly cake made following the instructions on the sachet.

I decorated with a little whipped cream .... they were good ..
