Salad soup

an excellent soup, I love it

  • 2 chalk salads
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 celery
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g kaizer
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons broth
  • 150 ml of milk
  • sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad soup:

Cut the salad into strips and boil it in water with vegetables and pepper. Cut the carrots into rounds, put the celery on a small grater together with the onion and put them to harden in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and diced kaizer. Add salt, pepper and paprika, leave for about 10 minutes and then add to the pot. In a bowl put the milk together with an egg yolk, mix well and add to the pot. Prepare the omelet from 2 eggs and the remaining egg white, in olive oil, then remove on a paper napkin, leave to cool and cut into strips (small or large, according to preference). Add the omelette and prepare 1 tablespoon of flour, with a little water, thin it, add the broth, mix well, put a little juice from the soup pot and then add it to the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream
