Dessert ice cream cake with bananas and strawberries

Strawberries cleaned of tails are washed and cut into four. Boil with sugar and vanilla sugar until the juice is reduced. Allow to cool, then pass with a vertical mixer, thus obtaining a puree.

Mix half of the whipped cream and mix with half of the condensed milk and the strawberry puree. This composition is poured on a plate on which was placed a ring from a detachable cake tray, with the walls wrapped in aluminum foil.

Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Mix the rest of the whipped cream, then mix with the rest of the condensed milk and the mashed bananas. Pour the composition into the tray, over the strawberry composition.

Decorate the cake with banana slices on the edge, and put the 3 bananas in the middle (cut into 3 slices, just to the base).

Put the cake in the freezer and serve after it has frozen.

Nougat ice cream cake

On New Year's Eve we had a delicious and very fragrant ice cream cake. Initially I wanted to make a chocolate one, but I got into a time crisis and I prepared this one, which is made very quickly and I won't tell you how good it is. About nougat: it is a specific dessert for the Winter Holidays in Italy. It's like a nougat stuffed with almonds and different flavors. Mine was flavored with oranges and lots of almonds. Ingredient:
125 g nougat
250 ml of milk
3 yolks
20 g flour
160 g sugar
2 egg whites
500 ml fresh

In a saucepan, melt the nougat together with the milk.

Separately beat the yolks with the sugar and flour. Pour over the melted nougat mixture. Boil over low heat until thickened.

It looks like this, let it cool completely.

Beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. Pour them over the mixture above.

Beat the whipped cream and add it. Mix well. Pour everything into a cake tin and put in the freezer.

I used :
- a small box of mascarpone (250g)
- an egg (optional)
- 6 strawberries
- a tablespoon of vanilla sugar (depending on taste, I thought that was enough)
- 2-3 crushed biscuits

It is prepared almost as easily as baby food: in a blender we put the cheese, strawberries, vanilla sugar and yolk and mix until it becomes a fine foam. Mix with the beaten egg whites, check if it is sweet enough and pour the foam into a bowl, not before adding 2-3 favorite biscuits, crushed beforehand.

Banana ice cream cake split

mix the crushed biscuits with 115g butter. Divide the mixture in two and place one in a uniform layer at the base of a tray (23x33cm). Put a layer of banana slices, then lightly soaked ice cream.

Banana ice cream is a dessert with delicious fruit for hot days, and not only. I put the vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mixed.

I ground the hazelnuts, put them in the composition, I also put the cream, a little cinnamon and a few chopped mint leaves and then I mixed until a creamy paste was made. I put them in some bowls in the freezer (you can put them in metal dishes or in an ice cream casserole) and I left them for 2-3 hours, stirring from time to time so that no crystals form (about half an hour).

I served banana ice cream in a plate decorated with fruit (banana and nectarine). If you want, sprinkle a little cinnamon and chopped mint leaves, as I did.

Here is a refreshing cake recipe, only good to prepare during this hot summer period. I used raspberries (ie smaller raspberries), but you can use whatever red fruits you like (cherries, sour cherries, strawberries, currants, etc.).

Raspberry ice cream cake

You need :
- lightly soaked vanilla ice cream,
- lightly softened chocolate ice cream,
- some raspberries (about 250 g), 2 tablespoons vanilla powdered sugar,
- chocolate topping,
- crushed meringues (about 10 pink and yellow meringues in color),
- Pandispan countertop purchased (Vanilla "Round Biscuit for Cake")

How to proceed:
1. Line a cake form (with wavy edges) or any shape you prefer, with food foil (foil to exceed the edges of the tray).

2. From the raspberries, stop a few to serve. Pass the rest of the raspberries together with 2 tablespoons of vanilla powdered sugar.

3. Cut the top into cubes (if you use a tray like mine, you need 1 and 1/2 top sheet) larger or smaller, depending on your preference.

4. In the prepared tray, put a layer of vanilla ice cream, spread half of the raspberry paste on top (press it a little with a fork to get into the ice cream). Over, place cubes on the counter, vertically. Then spread a layer of chocolate ice cream over which you put chocolate topping (more or less, depending on your preference).

5. Place the crushed meringues over the ice cream layer, then another layer of vanilla ice cream, the rest of the raspberries and the rest of the counter cubes, this time placed horizontally, so as to cover the entire surface of the tray. Put some more topping on the counter.

6. Cover the cake with cling film and put it in the freezer until it hardens (at least 6 hours I left it for about 1 day).

7. After it has hardened, set the foil aside and turn the cake over on a plate. Store in the freezer, wrapped in cling film.

That's it! Very easy to do. It's harder to resist keeping it in the freezer until it hardens!
