I wanted to make chicken breast different than usual and I was inspired by your recipes and it turned out:
- chicken breast (one half breast)
- pressed cheese
- spices for chicken
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breast with ham and cheese:
Wash the chicken breast well. We cut it and beat it a little like a schnitzel.
Season with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
Put the ham and cheese strips inside. Roll and catch with toothpicks.
Beat the eggs with salt and a little pepper as for the omelet. We give the meat rolls through the flour and then through the egg and fry them well in oil.
We served them with rice and vegetables.
I used traditional Prague ham ...
Method of preparation
1. After washing the chicken breast, let it drain very well. Beat the chicken breast as for the slices, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Put 1-2 slices (depending on the size of the chicken breast) of ham and cheese on each piece of meat, roll and catch with toothpicks.
3. Pass the rolls through the flour, beaten egg and finally through the breadcrumbs mixed with the paprika.
4. Heat the oil well and fry the rolls on low heat until well browned, then take them out on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into two equal parts that we spread and divide into 6 or 8 triangles.
Distribute the filling evenly on each triangle, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll lightly.
Put the croissants in the tray on baking paper, grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
Bake the croissants in the oven at 180 degrees C heat up and down without ventilation for about 20 minutes or until it gets a coppery shade.

About two months ago I did one goose breast roll so I told myself to try it with chicken breast because it was very successful !! With a few extra or minus ingredients, a goodness came out that disappeared immediately, of course !! If you make the rolls a little smaller it can be excellent festive aperitif but also a main course with a garnish of your choice.
500 g chicken breast with bone
100g Prague ham
100 gr cheese Of Senvis–Delaco
2 lg diced bell peppers
2 lg olive oil
4-5 green onion stalks
hot pepper flakes
50 ml semi-dry white wine
Preparation & # 8211 Roll chicken with ham and cheese
We prepare the omelet first. Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the chopped pepper and chopped onion tails.
Heat for 1 minute, then add the beaten egg.
Bake the omelette on both sides and turn it over on a plate and leave it to cool. We deboned the chicken breast in such a way as to obtain a single piece.
We put it between two sheets of cellophane and flatten it with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper, place an omelette sheet on top, slices of cheese on top of it and then slices of Prague ham.
We roll it very tightly by putting the ends on the inside. We tie the roll with kitchen thread and place it in a grate shape or in an ordinary tray lined with baking paper.
Season with salt, paprika and hot pepper flakes. Sprinkle with a little oil, add the wine bent with water and put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes on medium heat.
10 minutes before it is ready, dissolve a teaspoon of honey with 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce and grease the roll with this mixture to get a more beautiful color.
Serve hot with a side dish or cold as an appetizer !!
Chicken breast rolls and Emmenthal cheese
1. Fry 4 slices of bacon.
2. Wash the chicken breast and clean it of fat and bones, cut horizontally and stretch a little.
3. Fill a slice of breast with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham, then roll. Cut the rolls into slices, obtaining other smaller rolls, which are caught with toothpicks. Season with rosemary. Do the same with all the other slices of brisket.
4. Put on a bed of rosemary in the pan, at least 6-7 minutes on each side, until well penetrated. Add salt and pepper. Allow to rest in a bowl before removing the toothpick.
5. Grease with oil and bake in a tray at 180 degrees in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, taking care to turn them.

How to prepare
- Chicken breast and mushrooms are cut into small pieces. In a hot pan with oil, cook the meat, mushrooms and onions. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste. Fry over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
- Then add the cream and let it simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When ready, add finely chopped greens and allow to cool.
- Put the filling in baskets, sprinkle on top with mozzarella or cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is browned.

Chicken breasts are cut in half, salted and peppered.
Put them in a yena tray (or in any other heat-resistant form) and put oil on top.
Leave in the oven until golden brown over medium to low heat.

add the cheese slices and pepper again with white pepper (I have not peppered).
Put them back in the oven until the cheese melts and coat the chicken pieces.
Use a hard cheese.

600 g peeled potatoes (can be new)
200 g Sofia-Delaco cheese, sliced
500 g chicken breast fillets
150 g fermented sour cream
a clove of garlic
2 tablespoons grated cheese, top
2 tablespoons oil
a spoonful of white breadcrumbs
Potatoes with cheese and chicken breast-Preparation
Peeled potatoes are peeled and cut into slices. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder, grease with a little oil and grill.
Grease a form of gratin with a little oil, cover with breadcrumbs and alternately place (as in the picture) the slices of potatoes with chicken breast and slices of cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle a few fresh thyme leaves on top.
Beat eggs with sour cream and a little salt and add them on top of the entire surface of the form.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and put the form in the reheated oven at 180 degrees C, about 25 minutes or until au gratin on top.
It is served with a seasonal salad !!

How to prepare chicken breast?
The chicken breast (if it is with skin and bone) is deboned and the skin is removed. I added the skin and bones to a soup. I pierce the chicken breast with a long, thin and very sharp blade knife. It should look like a pocket and we must be careful not to pierce it at the bottom.

Ham and cheese filling
I wrapped the cheese in slices of ham. The ham will form a barrier for the cheese. I put 3 thin slices of pressed ham so I can wrap the piece of cheese well.
Insert the ham roll with cheese inside the chicken breast and push it well, without breaking the surrounding meat.
We close and fix the hole with a toothpick and bend the thin end of the chicken breast and fix it with a toothpick underneath. Otherwise it would dry out. We remember that we put 2 toothpicks.
