For the stew: because I used frozen meat, it was necessary to leave the meat thawed in the refrigerator from evening until morning. Wash the meat, peel it, cut it into larger pieces and dry it with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper and spices. Put the pieces of meat through white flour.
Connect the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker with pressure cooking to the power supply, press the Brown / Sote button and then Start / Stop. Put about 70 ml of oil and let it heat up. Add the pieces of meat one by one and brown on all sides. After we have finished all the meat to be browned, add the rest of the oil, wine, spices to the appliance bowl and let it boil. Press the Start / Stop button. Add the meat to the bowl, put the lid on, set the Meat / Stew function and the time for 40 minutes. We make sure that the steam valve is closed, then press the Start / Stop button.
Meanwhile, wash and peel the onion and green garlic. Allow to drain and cut into 3 cm pieces. Finely chop the parsley and mint.
After the time has elapsed, press the Start / Stop button, release the steam valve, open the lid carefully using a kitchen glove.
Add green onions, green garlic, parsley and mint. Mix with a wooden spoon, taking care not to crush the meat. Put the lid on, set the same function and the time of 20 minutes. After the time expires, proceed as before. Transfer the food to a serving dish. Wash and prepare the appliance for the gasket…
For the rice garnish: peel the eggplant, chop it into cubes, dust it with salt and leave it for 15 minutes or until it starts to leave water. Rinse with water, dry with kitchen towels. The zucchini (I used a zucchini) is washed, the heads are cut, the skin is kept, it is cut into pieces just like the eggplant.
As before, connect the device to the power source, press the Brown / Sote button, and then the Start / Stop button. Add the oil and let it heat up. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. After frying, press the Start / Stop button. Add over rice a bowl of rice, 3 bowls of water, saffron infused in a little water, salt and pepper, chopped parsley. Mix lightly with a wooden spoon, put the lid on, set the Rice / Risotto function and the time is 7 minutes. We make sure that the steam valve is closed, then press the Start / Stop button. When the program is over, release the steamer and carefully lift the lid with a kitchen glove.
That's all!! We have a perfectly made rice and a tender meat with sauce. Serve according to preferences, with pickles or lettuce.
