We cleaned the sweet potatoes, I prepared only for 2 people and I had 2 suitable potatoes.
We cut them into thin slices, like straw potatoes. We place the potatoes in a tray on which we put baking paper. We have to put the potatoes in such a way that they do not overlap. Put the coconut oil, sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and mix with your hands in the pan, to distribute the oil and spices.
Put the tray in the hot oven, at 200 degrees C, until they brown and soften slightly.
Remove the tray from the oven and serve the potatoes with a sauce or fresh vegetables.

4 medium sweet potatoes, cut in half
