The potatoes are washed and boiled in water with a little salt, over a suitable heat, uncovered, approx. 30 minutes. Eggs are boiled in cold water with a little salt for about 6 minutes, to be stronger.
After the potatoes and eggs have boiled, peel them and cut them into rounds. Prepare a heat-resistant dish, lined with butter and breadcrumbs. Place the first layer of potatoes, then a layer of eggs, grated cheese and sour cream. Make several layers until the ingredients are finished. The last layer should be eggs, cheese and sour cream. Preheat the oven, insert the dish and leave it to bake for approx. 15 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Serve with lettuce!
