It took: Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar. Gradually add the egg and vanilla essence.

Then add the flour and whipped milk over the composition. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the dough, with the help of a decorative pos, in all the trays, with baking paper. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Cream: Butter at room temperature mix with powdered sugar. Divide the quantity into two bowls. In one put the beet juice (for color), and in the remaining one add the grated chocolate.

Grease the cakes with cream and place the other halves on top. Keep in the refrigerator until the cream hardens.
