Cream: Butter at room temperature mix with powdered sugar. Divide the quantity into two bowls. In one put the beet juice (for color), and in the remaining one add the grated chocolate.
Grease the cakes with cream and place the other halves on top. Keep in the refrigerator until the cream hardens.
