Milk with rice

Because I hadn't done it in a long time and I missed it, I made the banal dessert of my childhood: rice with milk!

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 cup rice
  • Topping
  • 50 gr chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons liquid cream
  • cherries from compote

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rice with milk:

Wash the rice well in some water.

Put the milk, sugar and vanilla essence on the fire, add the rice and let it boil until it thickens.

Put in molds and leave to cool.

Topping:

The chocolate is broken, the whipped cream is added and it is homogenized on the steam, it is left to cool a little.

Remove the rice from the molds, glaze and garnish with cherries.
