Marbled cake with cherries

Marbled cake with cherries

First we wash the cherries and remove the seeds.

In a bowl, mix eggs from room temperature with sugar until they double in volume. Add the oil and mix until you get a cream.

Incorporate yogurt, vanilla sugar and baking powder. At the end we put the flour and mix at low speed until we get a slightly thicker dough than the cake.

Grease a rectangular tray with margarine, line it with baking paper (my tray is 37 x 24, but if you want the cake to come out higher, put it in a smaller tray) and put 3/4 of the composition.

In the rest we add cocoa, rum essence and incorporate them. We put over the white composition, with a spoon, cocoa composition and with the help of a fork we marble it. Place the cherries on top. Put the tray in the hot oven at the right temperature.

Leave the cake there until it is nicely browned on top, then take it out, let it cool and serve.

Good appetite!

Marbled cake with cherries

I made this cake for the first time last week, on June 18 in Bucharest, when I filmed the spot for Delimano. And, despite all the rehearsals, it turned out wonderful. That's what everyone said and, to be convinced, I ate a piece and I was right.

I told myself that when I got home, I had to do it too. And here it is!

How to make marbled cake with cherries:

1. For the top, mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar and the sifted sugar and gradually add the yolks.

2. Gently incorporate the beaten egg whites into the mixture of yolks, then half of the milk and finally the beech sifted with baking powder.

3. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the Delimano tray -)) Incorporate the cocoa and the rest of the milk into the remaining dough and spread it lightly over the white dough.

4. Place the pitted cherries over the cocoa dough, pressing lightly. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes (20 & # 39 with the Delimano - tray), then let it cool in the pan.

5. For the cream, beat the soft butter with the powdered sugar. Add the cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.

6. Remove the top from the tray and spread the cream cheese over it. Put it in the fridge to harden well.

7. Spread the melted chocolate over the cottage cheese cream and make & # 39waves & # 39 with a fork. Let it cool to thicken the chocolate. Cut into rectangles with a knife left in hot water.

How do we make the tastiest and fluffiest pandispan?

For a marbled pandispan with tasty cherries, I added melted butter instead of oil. The butter is much tastier, and the aroma is felt in the cake. Of course you can also add oil, but I recommend you try the butter version, at least once. If you don't like cocoa, you can simply omit it and put the white pandispan in the tray. I have non-stick with the dimensions of 35 & # 21525 cm and there was no need to cover it with paper. You put paper at least at the bottom of the tray to make it easy to remove at the end. If you want you can also make the cake in the form of a cake, as I did at fluffy cocoa cake.

It is also very important to move quickly when making marbled pandispan with cherries. having beaten eggs, they must keep the air you have incorporated with so much effort. So incorporate the other ingredients carefully, but do not mix too much and too vigorously. Put it in the oven immediately, after you have added the fruit. Of course you can put other fruits, not just cherries. In fact, you can put just about any fruit you want, both fresh and frozen. Put the frozen ones as such, without defrosting them. If you want to try an easier version of this dessert, I recommend it cherry cake.

Marbled tart with cherries and whipped cream

I like salty dough tarts, I prefer sweet ones with a soft, fluffy top.

I wasn't going to make sweets today, but what should I do while the coffee was brewing, to sit? :))

I ask Danutu & # 8217: do you want cherries in a cream with whipped cream and gelatin or in pandispan?

He chose pandispan, so I used my favorite recipe, I flavored it with cocoa and vanilla, with meaty and sweet cherries and I made a sweet to my kids' liking.

I might not put a whipped cream on it & # 8230?: D For me without whipped cream or cream & # 8230 & # 8230; )) & # 8211 powdered with nothing, good, yes? :))

We don & # 39; t need too much

  • 5 eggs
  • a glass of sugar (200ml glass)
  • a glass of flour
  • a tablespoon of black cocoa
  • a little salt
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 500 gr cherries

whipped cream for garnish or nothing :))

Remove the cherry seeds after you have washed them.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites with the salt and then gradually add the sugar. Do not stop mixing until the sugar is COMPLETELY melted, so that you do not feel undiluted crystals at all.

Then add the yolks, vanilla sugar, sifted flour and mix gently stirring from the bottom up.

Finally add the oil.

Prepare a round tart shape with a diameter of about 24 cm, line it with baking paper and grease it with a little oil.

Divide the composition into two bowls. In one of the bowls add cocoa and mix.

Take the spoon from both compositions and put it in the tart pan without mixing the two colors. The dough will not be soft, like cake, but will have the consistency like a whipped cream, fluffy and bound. Intersperse the compositions and then put the cherries that you have previously mixed with 2.3 tablespoons of flour (to be well given through the flour!). Gently press them over the composition and level the mixture.

Put the tray in the preheated oven 10 minutes before. Bake over low heat until the tart is lightly browned and pass the toothpick test.

Let it cool well, peel off the baking paper and garnish with whipped cream and cherries & # 8230 or nothing :)))

-For decoration: 80 g dark chocolate, 3 tablespoons milk

Prepare the dry ingredients. Sift the flour together with the baking powder.
In a bowl, rub the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy. Add eggs one at a time and mix them until well incorporated, then add flour.
Divide the composition in two, and spread the first dough in a tray of 22 & # 21530 cm. In the remaining dough add cocoa and 2-3 more tablespoons of milk, to have the same consistency as the first half. Spread it in the pan over the white dough.
The blackberries, after draining well of the syrup, distribute them evenly in the tray over the brown dough, pressing lightly. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for 30 minutes.
For the cream, heat the milk, then mix with the sugar and pudding powder previously dissolved. Leave it on the fire until it thickens, then let it cool, stirring so that it does not crust. Mix the butter and incorporate the pudding, mixing well.

  • It took
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (24% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa tip
  • vanilla
  • a pinch of salt
  • Cheese cream
  • 500 g sweet cheese (or urda)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • vanilla (I put a grated teaspoon of ground vanilla pods)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 250 g pitted cherries

In a bowl put the diced butter together with the other ingredients. Knead with your fingertips until you get a homogeneous dough.

We wrap the dough in a food foil or in a bag and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Then we take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into two parts. A large one, comprising three quarters and the remaining one, obviously, a quarter.

In a 23 & # 21530 cm tray we put a layer of dough (the largest part) given on the grater with large meshes. I did not grease the tray with anything because it is non-stick and the dough is greasy.

Over the layer of dough I put a spoonful of cream cheese as evenly as I could, then I placed the cherries in place.

On top I grated the small part of the dough.

I baked the cake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C, it is ready when the edges start to come off the tray.

Cut the cake only after it has cooled completely.

Good job and good appetite!
